We distribute out of both Auckland & Christchurch via New Zealand’s leading courier and transport companies. Delivery time is usually 1-3 days, however, deliveries over a weekend may lengthen this.

At haveit.co.nz we stand behind our products. If there is a problem with your purchase, simpy contact us by phone or
e-mail within 7 days of the delivery date. We will replace any product that arrives to you in less than perfect condition.
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value.
It is essential that tags and labels are not removed if an item is to be exchanged. A handling fee of $10.00 may be added if tags or labels have been removed and the product has to be repackaged.
Our money back guarantee is an important part of our business. Provided we are unable to repair or replace the item we will provide a refund in the same tender as the original purchase.
To return an order/item you must contact
Customer Service within 7 business days of receipt. A customer service representative will issue you a return number and return address details, if the return is deemed acceptable. You then have 14 days from the original delivery date to return your order. Refunds will be issued for cost of merchandise only.
Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. Goods returned for credit after 14 days have elapsed from the time of purchase will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
In the event that a product is repaired or replaced, the return shipping costs may be reimbursed to the customer to a maximum of $25.00
If you send us an e-mail and have no response within 24 hours, you must contact us by phone to ensure that your e-mail was received and your return is being processed.

In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
